Our client, a comprehensive healthcare organization, is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead Cardiac Services operations. As the Director of Cardiac Services, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth, enhancing quality and patient safety, and fostering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and managerial oversight for Cardiac Services operations, including diagnostic services, inpatient services, and the cardiac catheterization lab.
  • Collaborate with leadership to expand and improve adult and pediatric cardiac services, ensuring seamless care across the continuum.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes that support state-of-the-art services for Cardiac patients, leveraging technology and innovation to drive excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze metrics to drive growth in inpatient and outpatient Cardiac Services, ensuring rigorous tracking of outcomes.
  • Conduct steering committee meetings to define and apply evidence-based protocols, driving quality and patient safety initiatives.
  • Develop a clinical and financial dashboard to provide real-time insights into Cardiac Services performance.
  • Provide strategic leadership and managerial oversight for Cardiac Services leadership staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Assist in marketing and promoting Cardiac Services, developing a robust regional outreach strategy to drive growth and awareness.
  • Stay current with IT and technology solutions that differentiate Cardiac services, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or a related field.
  • Minimum three years of prior healthcare management/leadership experience in a clinical setting, with demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Preferred: Master's in healthcare-related or business field, with five or more years of management/leadership experience in inpatient/outpatient Cardiac Services, and strategic planning and development.
