Lead Cardiac Services at Crouse Health

Crouse Health is seeking a seasoned healthcare professional to lead our Cardiac Services team. As Director of Cardiac Services, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to support the growth and quality of our adult and pediatric cardiology services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute operational plans to support the vision of Cardiac Services
  • Lead initiatives around growth, quality, customer service, physician integration, and consistency of practice
  • Participate in the Cardiac Services steering committee and provide recommendations for program development
  • Collaborate with hospital and physician leadership to expand and improve adult and pediatric cardiac services
  • Build efficient processes to support state-of-the-art services for Cardiac patients
  • Monitor and provide metrics to manage and grow inpatient and outpatient Cardiac Services
  • Conduct steering committee meetings to define and apply evidence-based protocols
  • Develop a clinical and financial dashboard to track Cardiac Services outcomes
  • Assist in marketing and promotion of Cardiac Services
  • Coordinate financial and budgetary acquisitions and utilization of resources
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or related field required; Master's Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of healthcare management/leadership experience in a clinical setting
  • Ability to utilize technology to complete daily tasks
  • Financial, clinical, and analytical skills
