Job Description: We are seeking a Payroll and Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the payroll and accounts receivable functions, including processing payroll, submitting human resources forms, and maintaining client accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the payroll function, including processing payroll, submitting human resources forms, and reconciling cash received to cash recorded
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client accounts, including accounts receivable and payable
  • Prepare and submit payment requests, as well as transfer journal entries as needed
  • Reconcile inventory on a regular basis

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in payroll and accounts receivable management required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
