Lead Accounts Receivable Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accounts Receivable professional to oversee the Franchise AR operations and manage a team of accounts receivable specialists. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive results.

Job Description

  • Manage the AR Team: Oversee and assign tasks to the accounts receivable team in accordance with company SOP and goals.
  • Collections and Cash Application: Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, customer support, collections, and cash applications relative to the portfolio of accounts.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve processes to drive down DSO and promote efficiency in departmental operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 7+ years of AR experience with 3+ in an AR leadership role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in Oracle Fuse Financial ERP.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
