We are seeking talented professionals to fill the role of Federal Employee Relations/Labor Relations (ER/LR) Specialists at Lindholm and Associates, Inc. As an ER/LR Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to human capital initiatives and HR policy implementation in the employee relations area.

An undergraduate degree and at least five years of relevant experience as a Federal ER/LR Specialist are required for this position. You should have extensive knowledge of and experience in applied legal research, and be proficient in communicating effectively with colleagues and clients.

Your key responsibilities will include analyzing ER organizational structures, recommending improvements to HR policies and procedures, and resolving complex employee and labor relations issues. Estimated annual compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 to $125,000, based on qualifications and experience.
