Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial interviews with parents to assess eligibility for child care subsidies.
  • Process new family enrollments and maintain accurate records of client information.
  • Evaluate family income and needs to determine appropriate child care services.
  • Provide clear explanations of agency policies and guidelines to parents.
  • Ensure all client data is accurately entered and updated in the CATS database.
  • Monitor and manage caseloads, following up with families to ensure compliance with funding requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with families and child care providers regarding eligibility and billing matters.
  • Assist in processing re-certifications and changes in client circumstances.
  • Collaborate with various units within the organization to resolve issues related to attendance and payments.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
