Job Overview:

As a vital member of the enVista sales team, the Client Relationship Executive will play a key role in achieving and surpassing sales objectives within the designated territory for the Restorative and Total Care product offerings.

In the capacity of a prominent dental supplier, you will engage with current clients while expanding the customer base across various dental market segments and distribution channels.

Establishing robust partnerships with our authorized dealer network representatives will be crucial for driving sales growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and execute a strategic territory plan aimed at meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Acquire in-depth product knowledge through online, in-person, and field training sessions.

- Stay updated on product innovations, technological advancements, and competitive landscape to bolster sales and marketing initiatives.

- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships within the territory to become a trusted advisor.

- Foster advocacy with dealer partners to enhance customer acquisition and growth within existing accounts.

- Utilize CRM tools consistently to manage sales opportunities and drive growth within the territory.

- Oversee the assigned geographical territory while adhering to the allocated expense budget.

- Participate in local trade exhibitions and company meetings as necessary.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 3 years of successful B2B sales experience.

- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record (company vehicle or allowance will be provided).

- Candidates should reside within the specified territory.

- The ideal candidate should be located in a central area to effectively cover the territory.


Skill Requirements:

- Proven B2B sales experience utilizing an established sales model.

- Ability to comprehend and articulate technical product and clinical information.

- Capacity to work autonomously, plan, and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong collaborative skills to work with the broader team.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical, chemical, and mechanical information in a clear and concise manner.

- Ability to build relationships with clinicians, decision-makers, and dealer partners to foster preference for the enVista brand and products.

- Competence in making decisions with a focus on business impact for both current and future opportunities.

- Willingness to travel, including evenings, weekends, and overnight stays, up to 40% of the time.

Compensation:

- Actual compensation packages will consider a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including geographic location, skill sets, relevant education and certifications, depth of experience, performance, and other organizational needs.

- The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for geographic differentials associated with the location of the position.

- At enVista, it is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the compensation range for their role, as decisions are based on the specific circumstances of each case.

- The total compensation package may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
