Account Executive

We are seeking a talented Account Executive - Global Trade Solutions to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small-sized accounts within the office or broader C.H. Robinson portfolio of business.
As a primary point of contact for our customers, you will ensure timely delivery, troubleshoot problems, and proactively seek enhancements while harnessing C.H. Robinson's expertise to expand and retain the customer base.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global trade solutions and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of small-sized accounts within the office or broader C.H. Robinson portfolio of business.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer projects.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure continued growth and innovation.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to travel 25-30%.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in global trade solutions.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year.
