About the Role:

The Customer Service Associate plays a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and supporting sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and acknowledge every customer with a friendly and approachable demeanor, building long-term customer loyalty.
  • Register Operations: Accurately and efficiently operate the register, approve refunds for other associates, and assist with training new Sales Associates.
  • Merchandising and Store Maintenance: Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store to maintain a clean and organized shopping environment.
  • Communication: Communicate customer needs to Team Leaders when necessary, ensuring seamless customer service and sales support.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain the store appearance and complete any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 6 months of prior retail experience preferred.
  • Availability: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
  • Attitude and Skills: Positive attitude, team player, and ability to engage and serve customers.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Pushing and Pulling: Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
  • Standing and Safety: Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
