Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties, such as data entry, typing, and filing.
  • Assist with special projects and events, as needed.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Two years of experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in a municipal setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
