Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, and responding to guest inquiries. You will also be responsible for maintaining the front desk area, including answering phones, handling guest requests, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Handle guest requests, including room assignments, wake-up calls, and other special requests.
  • Maintain the front desk area, including answering phones, handling guest requests, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that all guest needs are met.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
