**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Route Sales Representative to join our team at Latino Factor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering and selling our products to stores and restaurants in your assigned route.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver and sell our products to customers in your assigned route
  • Manage inventory and merchandise at stores and restaurants
  • Negotiate promotions and new product introductions with store managers and owners
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Drive our box trucks to deliver and sell products
  • Manage daily sales and inventory

**Requirements**

  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
  • Valid driver's license and clean background
  • Ability to lift and carry 55 pounds unassisted
  • Comfortable working alone and driving around
