Job Description

Job Title: Route Sales Trainer

Job Summary:

The Route Sales Trainer is a critical role within Bimbo Bakeries USA, responsible for driving growth and development across the organization. This position will lead the execution of sales excellence, customer engagement, and brand growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Sales Excellence: Develop and implement structured onboarding and training processes to ensure new team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Brand Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and improve market share.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Development: Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to meet the demands of the role.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma/GED, Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of working experience, with at least 1 year of DSD experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills, with the ability to adapt to new technology and processes.
  • Travel: 25% travel required.
