About the Role

Genmab is seeking a highly skilled Medical Science Liaison (MSL)/Senior MSL to join our Global Medical Affairs team. As a key member of our field-based team, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing professional relationships with medical thought leaders to support Genmab's approved products and pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and establish relationships with key thought leaders and healthcare providers in academic and community centers within assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute territory plans in alignment with regional, national, and global Medical Affairs strategies.
  • Provide insights and feedback on emerging scientific and clinical data to enhance the value and appropriate use of Genmab products.
  • Present clinical and scientific information to healthcare providers in response to unsolicited requests in a fair and balanced manner.
  • Support product launches through HCP education for safe use of Genmab medicines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for investigator-sponsored trials (ISTs), from submission to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish working relationships and support Genmab-sponsored trials.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, clinical treatment trends, clinical trials, and scientific activities within areas of interest to Genmab.
Requirements
  • Advanced/scientific medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) or clinical background (NP, PA, etc.) with extensive hematology/oncology experience.
  • At least 2 years of MSL/Medical Affairs experience in Oncology/Hematology focus.
  • Strong knowledge and/or experience of healthcare and access environments.
  • Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally with internal stakeholders in a high-matrixed environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, strong personal integrity, teamwork abilities, and customer focus.
  • Must be able to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing environment.
  • Strong compliance knowledge and adherence to corporate compliance policies.
