Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
As the Senior MSL for Psychiatry, you will leverage your extensive field-based medical and scientific expertise to support medical strategies for REXULTI PTSD, contingent upon FDA approval for the PTSD indication.

• Engage in projects and initiatives that enhance the effectiveness and productivity of the MSL team and Medical Affairs.
• Act as a reliable resource for key external stakeholders through scientific discussions and educational outreach, promoting the understanding of Lundbeck's products.
• Align MSL objectives with Medical Affairs product strategies and execute accordingly.
• Utilize your advanced medical knowledge and communication skills to support Field Medical tactics that align with Lundbeck's medical strategy.
• Regularly collect medical insights and feedback, relaying pertinent information to internal teams to inform medical strategies and identify unmet medical needs.
• Identify and facilitate grant submissions and investigator-initiated trials (IIT) in line with Lundbeck's medical strategies.
• Assist in clinical trial efforts by recommending qualified investigators and research sites as needed.
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests from healthcare professionals.
• Actively participate in Lundbeck's strategy at scientific meetings, engaging with key opinion leaders and staffing the medical booth.
• Stay updated on scientific advancements in your therapeutic area to identify research opportunities and support evidence generation.
• Contribute to ongoing scientific training for the MSL team and internal partners.
• Provide clinical presentations and medical information to managed markets and government accounts upon request.
• Lead and engage in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Complete all necessary training, documentation, expense reporting, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
• Accredited advanced degree in a health or life sciences field.
• Approximately 5+ years of experience in healthcare or related fields (industry, clinical practice, research, academic, or managed markets).
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing Medical Affairs role within a pharmaceutical organization.
• Ability to interpret complex scientific data and communicate effectively to meet the educational needs of diverse external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• This role is part of Lundbeck's Vehicle Fleet Stipend Program and requires business use of a personal vehicle.
• Advanced degree in health sciences or doctoral degree (e.g., DO, MD, PA, Pharm.D, PhD, NP, or APRN) is preferred.
• Experience in various CNS fields, particularly Psychiatry, along with clinical practice, research, or teaching experience.

Travel Requirements:
• This position is field-based, requiring willingness and ability to travel domestically.

Compensation:
• Salary range: $170,000 - $190,000, with eligibility for a 20% bonus based on individual and company performance, along with participation in the company's long-term incentive plan.
