The Sales & Front Desk Associate plays a crucial role at Scenthound, focusing on promoting memberships while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in membership sales through education on health and wellness.
  • Meet performance metrics related to average ticket price and rebooking ratios through memberships and service add-ons.
  • Generate leads for memberships and follow up with prospective clients.
  • Handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain customer records.
  • Manage cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns while striving to retain memberships.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area in accordance with Scenthound's hygiene standards.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications:
