**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Retail Account Manager to join our Softlines team in New York City and work remotely. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing quality assurance testing, inspection, and technical support to our retail clients.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in textile and apparel testing, as well as strong practical skills in data analysis and knowledge of testing standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide QA testing, inspection, and technical support to retail clients
  • Ensure day-to-day client requests, problems, issues, and complaints are handled efficiently and professionally
  • Monitor and work with Intertek offices worldwide to ensure all retail apparel testing needs and procedures are met

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 2+ years of experience in textile and apparel testing

  • Bachelor's degree in Textiles and Clothing/Material Science/Chemistry/Engineering or a related discipline

**Salary:** $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
