We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Account Professional to join our team at Headkount. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with retailers, managing training and event logistics, and ensuring the success of our Beauty Educators in their assigned territory.

About the Role

This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our scheduling team to ensure efficient management of time and attendance, and partner with our HR department to handle any escalations that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor Beauty Educators to excel in their role
  • Develop relationships with retailer employees and other stakeholders
  • Leverage these relationships to secure training, events, and other opportunities
  • Conduct regular performance check-ins with Beauty Educators
  • Manage time & attendance, partnering with the scheduling team as needed
  • Ensure company, brand, and retailer standards are met
  • Achieve sales goals, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing W2 employees
  • 4 years of experience working for a beauty brand in a Sephora environment or for a major beauty retailer
  • Established relationships with retailers in the NYC Market
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, plus bonus incentives.
