Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Specialist to join our team at Two95 International Inc. as a Technical Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring that their technology needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide direct support to clients on all technologies in use and supported by the IT department, maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor at all times.
  • Ticket Management: Use a system designated by departmental management to track user requests for assistance, following specified procedures on the use of said system.
  • Problem Resolution: Coordinate with other IT staff members as appropriate for the resolution of problems, proactively seeking assistance from other staff members as required to quickly resolve customer problems.
  • Equipment Management: Deliver, pick up, and/or ship equipment to repair vendors as required, tracking such activities in accordance with departmental guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of IT equipment, notifying Sr. IT staff member to issues involving critical business systems that may cause business impacting outages.
  • System Administration: Work with Systems Administrators to support DHCP, DNS, Mail, Operating systems and production application configurations.
  • RF Gun Support: Provide support for RF Gun systems, including configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Wireless Support: Assist with Wireless Support issues, ensuring seamless connectivity for our clients.
  • Phone System Support: Provide support for local phone systems as necessary, ensuring that our clients' communication needs are met.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with PC hardware, printers, RF Guns, software builds, and upgrades, as well as experience with Ghost server for desktop/laptop imaging.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Reliability: High level of reliability and availability, with the ability to work on-call as required.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to relocate computer equipment frequently and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional technical support.
