About the Role

The Request for Proposal Specialist provides valuable contributions by helping develop and implement effective Request for Proposal (RFP) /Request for Quote (RFQ) processes. They also help ensure that your RFPs /RFQs are properly designed, submitted, and evaluated, which results in?increased efficiency?and profitability.

What You'll Be Doing

+ Tracks and follow ups to ensure each team provides and completes requested data and that Badger submits a professional response to the request.

+ Conducts a thorough review and examination of client RFPs/RFQs and documentation to identify their requirements and scope of work.

+ Ensures that the RFP/RFQ submission is complete, detailed, accurate, and meets all formatting and submission requirements of the client.

+ Develops and maintains a library of standard proposal responses for future reuse.

+ Manages the submission of applications and tracks renewals to ensure Badger is licensed in the required cities work is being performed.

Qualifications

What You'll Need for Success

+ 2-4 years in a related position.

+ BS in business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.

+ Experience with RFP/RFQ processes from a Vendor to Client side.

+ Experience engaging with federal or state regulators a plus.

+ Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures.
