Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to enhance our recruitment efforts for corporate-level positions across various departments including Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, and Administration. This role is pivotal in ensuring we attract top-tier talent to support our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage high-caliber candidates through diverse sourcing methods.
- Work closely with department heads to devise effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified applicants.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience is essential.
- A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Experience in recruiting for corporate roles such as HR, Marketing, Legal, and Administration is necessary.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably SuccessFactors, is advantageous.
