POSITION TITLE: Recruiter
COMPENSATION: $66,000 - $70,000 + Commissions

POSITION SUMMARY

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is a pioneering organization in the staffing industry, currently in search of a dedicated full-cycle Recruiter to enhance our Industrial division within Workforce Recruitment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and implement tailored sourcing strategies for each recruitment need.
  • Conduct interviews with candidates either in-person or through virtual platforms.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with hiring managers to foster effective business partnerships.
  • Collaborate with local candidates and businesses to organize HR events focused on enhancing brand visibility.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Act as a consultant to inform clients and candidates about prevailing market trends.
  • Engage in full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to connect with talented professionals.
  • Ensure that job postings, career pages, and social media channels reflect our organizational culture and values, adhering to best practices.
  • Gather job orders and effectively probe for detailed job descriptions from clients.
  • Foster ongoing loyalty and relationships with clients and candidates, conducting regular quality assurance calls.
  • Promote top candidates to new and existing clients to strengthen relationships and expand accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in a similar role or in sales.
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Resilience in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERABLE SKILLS:

  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Vietnamese).
