- Produce monthly commission statements for various programs
- Manage commission-related inquiries via email and phone
- Support the commission cycle closure for multiple entities
- Engage with fund companies to resolve outstanding issues
- Collaborate with fund companies for electronic funding and statement reconciliation
- Assist in accounting audits and data entry tasks
- Rectify discrepancies from direct business files
- Investigate accounts within the database and update the company system accordingly
- Associate degree or a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficient in Excel and Word, including the use of pivot tables, macros, and vlookup functions
