About the Role

Sedgwick is seeking a skilled Claims Examiner to join our team in the New England region. As a Claims Examiner, you will be responsible for analyzing and processing complex Workers Compensation claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. Your expertise will be invaluable in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and process claims through well-developed action plans to achieve timely resolution.
  • Negotiate settlement of claims within designated authority.
  • Communicate claim activity and processing with claimants and clients.
  • Report claims to excess carriers and respond to requests in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Active adjusters license and experience handling CT, MA, NH, RI, VT jurisdictions preferred.
  • Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.
