About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual individual to join our team as a Benefits Call Center Representative. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on employee benefits and company policies
  • Utilize multiple systems to navigate and resolve customer issues
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customer calls
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to pass an internet speed test and connect to a modem/router via ethernet cable
  • Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency
  • Great problem-solving skills and ability to effectively multi-task
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass a background check and potentially a drug test
