Position Overview:

As a key leader, you will oversee critical functions and multiple related areas. Your role will involve driving results through a team of managers and senior professionals. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of PRA, technology, and the broader economic or social implications of our operations. You will be accountable for budget planning and justification, ensuring the performance of strategically vital functions. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic initiatives that align with our corporate objectives on a regional and global scale. You will engage with various stakeholders, including senior leadership, external partners, and regulatory bodies, to negotiate and influence essential matters impacting PRA. Additionally, you will identify and tackle complex challenges across technical, operational, and organizational domains, fostering collaboration and relationships both internally and externally, and establishing yourself as a recognized leader within the organization.

Professional Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of Discount Cash Flow Modeling.
  • Proven experience in Investment Analytics, Financial Services, or the non-performing loan sector.
  • Extensive background in Investment Analytics and SQL.
  • Demonstrated management experience in analytics.

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in investment and forecasting strategies along with data analysis.
  • Strong financial and analytical capabilities, including loan underwriting processes and financial modeling.
  • In-depth knowledge of investment metrics and indicators.
  • Expertise in SQL programming and computerized modeling techniques.
  • Experience in integrating automation into processes and reporting.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills using regression and sensitivity analysis.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM or quantitative discipline.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications such as MS, MBA, CFA; Actuarial certifications are preferred.

Leadership Responsibilities:

You will supervise employees, develop the Investment Analytics function, collaborate across departments, and conduct quantitative analyses.

Portfolio Underwriting:

Your role will include managing pricing for portfolio acquisitions, interpreting trends, and making recommendations to optimize portfolio performance.

Portfolio Analytics:

You will monitor portfolio performance, develop reporting mechanisms, and work with various departments to enhance insights.

Additional Duties:

You will drive investment analytics processes, present impact analyses, and design alternative strategies for portfolio evaluations.

Team Leadership:

You will be responsible for managing team members, fostering their development, engagement, and ensuring compliance within the organization.
