Position Overview
The Luxury Beauty Advisor serves as the Dior Ambassador, passionately representing the Dior brand and its core values. As a vital member of the Dior team, the Luxury Beauty Advisor consistently exemplifies the highest standards of Dior hospitality. They create unforgettable client experiences and deliver exceptional service while achieving specific sales and client development objectives, all while enhancing the brand's image and appeal.
Key Responsibilities
SALES PERFORMANCE
- Engage in both in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopping consultant.
- Promote and sell Dior products by understanding clients' needs and providing a memorable experience through superior service throughout the sales journey, adhering to the brand's D.I.O.R. method.
- Exhibit exemplary Dior hospitality. Initiate contact with customers and warmly welcome them both at the counter and in high-traffic areas.
- Connect authentically. Identify and comprehend clients' needs through engaging conversations.
- Offer and demonstrate tailored product recommendations, including makeup, fragrance, and skincare. Ensure the right service is delivered flawlessly. Suggest complementary products within and across categories, providing a holistic beauty experience.
- Communicate with enthusiasm, sharing Dior's narrative and educating clients about the brand and its offerings.
- Meet retail sales targets (both in-store and remote) and contribute to boutique KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis. Remain proactive in tracking personal performance against goals daily.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand, product categories, and competitive landscape.
- Foster lasting relationships with existing clients both in-store and remotely.
- Attract new clients to the brand through genuine and meaningful interactions.
- Utilize Dior's resources and tools (Dior Connect & Ipos) to record client information, drive traffic, enhance client loyalty, and take strategic actions.
- Achieve established objectives in all CRM activities, including client recruitment, development, outreach, and sales.
- Contribute actively to maintaining a visually appealing and hygienic boutique environment.
- Understand and support merchandising standards and inventory management practices.
- Operate cash registers and assist in closing daily sales reports.
- Complete all assigned operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Promote and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
- Participate in all offsite Seasonal Schools and Dior training programs.
- Preferably possess prior professional experience in retail or the service industry, ideally within a luxury context (1-2 years / to be adapted locally).
- Demonstrated success in achieving retail results and experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Proficient in sales techniques, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
