- Team Leadership: Manage, lead, and motivate a team to deliver results by communicating company goals and deadlines, and engaging and developing teammates through effective performance management and coaching.
- Knowledge and Experience: Strong knowledge of commercial sales strategies and operations, with prior leadership and management experience preferred.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent planning techniques, organizational skills, and cross-functional relationship building abilities.
- Education: High school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
