Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing HR Generalists, partnering with hiring managers on employee issues, developing and implementing winning HR strategies, and managing onboarding programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop HR Generalists to ensure effective HR support to the business
  • Partner with hiring managers to resolve employee issues, including hiring, performance management, employee relations, training, employee development, compensation, and benefits
  • Develop and implement winning HR strategies that boost employee engagement and align with our business goals
  • Manage onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and engaging integration of new team members
  • Manage the performance management process to ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees
  • Collaborate with the Total Rewards managers on benefits and compensation administration
  • Address employee relation issues promptly, fairly, and professionally
  • Exercise sound judgment and discretion in all HR matters
  • Develop ways to improve HR processes and practices to ensure a positive employee experience

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership experience, experience leading HR Generalists, coordinators, or specialists
  • Successful history of managing multiple facilities
  • Ability to build relationships with direct reports, hiring managers, and team members quickly and effectively
  • Able to connect and relate to people in person and virtually
  • Multistate HR knowledge, strongly preferred
  • Strong conflict-resolution skills
  • Experience with HR Software and tools - HRIS, ATS
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects
  • SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
