Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HR processes and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy, managing the recruitment and selection process, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, coordinating employee development and training programs, managing employee relations, ensuring strict compliance with labor regulations, and providing a secure and confident work environment for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop HR Generalists
  • Partner and coach hiring managers on various employee issues, including hiring, performance management, employee relations, training, employee development, compensation, and benefits
  • Develop and implement winning HR strategies that boost employee engagement and align with our business goals
  • Manage onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and engaging integration of new team members
  • Manage the performance management process
  • Manage updates of the company handbook
  • Collaborate with the Total Rewards managers on benefits and compensation administration
  • Address employee relation issues promptly, fairly, and professionally
  • Exercise sound judgment and discretion
  • Develop ways to improve HR processes and practices to ensure a positive employee experience
  • Support additional projects and assignments as required
Requirements
  • 5+ years as an HR Manager in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership experience, experience leading HR Generalists, coordinators, or specialists
  • Successful history of managing multiple facilities
  • Ability to build relationships with direct reports, hiring managers, and team members quickly and effectively
  • Able to connect and relate to people in person and virtually
  • Multistate HR knowledge, strongly preferred
  • Strong conflict-resolution skills
  • Experience with HR Software and tools - HRIS, ATS
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects
  • SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
  • Collaborator, collaborative
  • Solid communication skills
  • Strong people skills, active listener, empathetic
