Job Title: Front Office Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Agent to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott New York Downtown Financial District. As a Front Office Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining the highest standards of hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Check-in and Check-out: Greet and register guests, assign rooms, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  2. Room Assignments and Maintenance: Verify room availability, assign rooms, and maintain accurate records using our property management system.
  3. Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
  4. Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, handling guest requests, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.

Requirements:
