Receptionist/Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist/Front Desk Representative to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. in New York. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front office operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt and professional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage front office operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Assist with copy and print production, copier maintenance, and other office services as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and coverage
- High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience preferred
- Basic computer skills and technical knowledge
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities
