Nutritional Services Cook: PRN

Our community in Middletown offers a serene environment for senior living.

The Nutritional Services Cook plays a vital role in the preparation and serving of meals in accordance with the established menu cycles. This position involves overseeing food handling practices, facilitating meal service, and executing designated tasks and cleaning protocols within the Dietary Department, all while ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Preferred Education: Training in large-scale cooking and specialized diets
  • Required Experience: Minimum of one year in food service or dining operations
  • Preferred Experience: One year of food service experience in a healthcare dietary environment
