The Nutritional Services Cook plays a vital role in the preparation and presentation of meals in accordance with established menu cycles. This position involves overseeing food safety practices, organizing meal service, and executing designated cleaning tasks within the Nutritional Services Department, all while adhering to relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Preferred Education: Training in large-scale cooking and specialized dietary needs
  • Required Experience: At least one year of experience in food service or dining operations
  • Preferred Experience: One year of food service experience within a healthcare dietary environment
