In this capacity, you will collaborate with a team of innovative and skilled professionals, concentrating on project pursuits, client interactions, and cooperative engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating the creation of responses to Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and presentation materials using Adobe InDesign, ensuring all submissions meet deadlines under the supervision of the Marketing Director.
  • Foster and develop new partnerships with consultants to support the Pursuit Team in assembling a strategically positioned and technically proficient team to secure projects.
  • Maintain and update the firm's business development log.
  • Actively participate in the creation and upkeep of marketing materials, including but not limited to project sheets, resumes, presentation slides, newsletters, award submissions, and other promotional content.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently while addressing issues promptly.
  • Engage with staff across all levels of the organization, as well as clients and partners.
  • Organize project photography.
  • Conduct research on new opportunities, project/site backgrounds, and clients.
  • Utilize a content management system to maintain and update the firm's website.
  • Assist the marketing team with additional projects as required.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, landscape architecture, or architecture.
  • Experience in a design firm is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing role, ideally within the AEC sector.
  • Proficiency in desktop publishing software, specifically Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficiency in word processing software, particularly MS Office Suite.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Project management, organizational, and time management skills, with the capability to multitask.
