Job Title: Marketing Manager

Halff Associates is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing leadership, you will be responsible for developing and leading our marketing program in collaboration with our marketing leadership and office managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple marketing coordinators and establish workload for the preparation of statements of qualifications, proposals, and interviews.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and themes used in proposals and presentations.
  • Provide training for marketing coordinators and serve as a mentor.
  • Review materials prepared by marketing coordinators and ensure responsive, compliant, and quality submittals.
  • Prepare presentations and collateral leave behind material and coach presentation teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, English, or a similar field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience in the A/E/C industry.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and direct marketing strategies for proposals and clients.
  • Proven history of offering strategy and direction for successful pursuits.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a team and ability to lead and influence excellent performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong InDesign and graphic design skills.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and PhotoShop.
