Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at COFORGE Marketing. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including laptops, desktops, and printers.
- Imaging and deploying new devices using Pix boot, SCCM/Intune.
- Experience with Active Directory 360, BitLocker, MFA, and Google DUO.
- Support hybrid and remote users in a large enterprise environment.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in desktop support.
- Imaging and deployment experience using Pix boot, SCCM/Intune.
- Experience with Active Directory 360, BitLocker, MFA, and Google DUO.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
