About the Role

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and other sales strategies
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales plans that drive revenue growth
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs
  • High level of self-motivation and initiative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to leverage technology to drive sales effectiveness
