We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Alera Group. As a key member of our commercial lines team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process service requests, including preparing submissions to carriers, reviewing quotations, and preparing professional proposals.
  • Manage client accounts, including reviewing endorsements, processing premium audits, and securing premium financing when needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and carrier requirements to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial insurance experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office and agency management systems.
  • Resident state insurance license.
  • College degree preferred.
