Position Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated nursing professionals for per diem roles across our three nursing units within our Long Term Care Facility.
Compensation Differentials:
- Per Diem: Additional $2 per hour
- Evening Shift: Additional $3 per hour
- Night Shift: Additional $5 per hour
- Weekend Shift: Additional $2 per hour (in addition to applicable shift differentials)
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current LPN license or compact license recognized by the State of Vermont is required.
- Strong aptitude for learning, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential.
Experience:
While prior experience in long-term care is preferred, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will demonstrate empathy and compassion, reliability, and the ability to function effectively as part of a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow through on tasks are necessary. Basic computer proficiency is also required.

The Post Acute Unit aims to deliver goal-oriented care following surgical procedures or hospital stays. Our specialized treatment programs are designed to facilitate a smooth transition back to home, promoting independence and recovery.
Therapy services are available Monday through Friday, with the option for additional support as needed to ensure optimal outcomes for our patients.
