Skilled Nursing Facility Opportunities

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility. As an LNA, you will play a critical role in providing direct and indirect patient care, working under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) or licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
  • Provide patient mobility and maintain patient hygiene
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients

Requirements:

LNA, licensed in Vermont
