Job Summary

The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a positive patient experience. Working under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) or licensed practical nurses (LPNs), LNAs provide direct and indirect patient care, assisting healthcare professionals in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes to healthcare professionals
  • Provide patient mobility and maintain patient hygiene
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure patient care is delivered in a timely and effective manner

Our Long Term Care Unit offers a range of services, including nursing care and assistance with daily living. Our Memory Care Unit is designed to meet the changing needs of individuals with dementia, providing a warm and supportive environment. Our Post Acute Care Unit provides goal-directed care following surgery and/or hospitalization, with a focus on returning patients to their highest level of independence.

We offer a sign-on bonus up to $4,500 and full benefits. Eligible for differential pay, including evening, night, and weekend shifts. Routine therapy services are provided Monday through Friday, with the capability to provide therapy six days a week if needed.
