Location: Simi Valley, CA - Hybrid- 2 days a week
Duration: 6 months+

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Over 10 years of demonstrated experience in managing infrastructure programs or leading IT operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and networking principles.
  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in HCM/ERP/IT project management, particularly with HCM and Financials implementations, alongside other IT projects such as infrastructure and security.
  • Minimum of 9 years as a hands-on Project Manager for implementation initiatives.
  • Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies for at least 7 years.
  • Proficient in utilizing various project management tools, including Microsoft and Atlassian suites.
  • Successful completion of at least two full lifecycle ERP implementation projects as a Project Manager.
  • Experience managing fixed-scope, fixed-price, full lifecycle implementation projects for public sector clients.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets while ensuring effective team performance.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with C-level executives, technical teams, and end-users.
  • Solid understanding of business operations and specific functional knowledge of PeopleSoft applications.
  • Active PMP certification is required.
  • Experience in developing risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Experience in managing projects for government agencies such as DoD and DARPA is preferred.
  • Preferred experience in transitioning projects from development to production.
Additional Competencies:
  • Advanced degree is preferred.
  • PMP and CSM certifications are advantageous.
  • Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills, effectively engaging diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with technology development processes is essential.
  • Demonstrates decision-making skills that impact program costs and timelines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide direction to the program team.
  • Works independently with minimal supervision, ensuring tasks are completed within schedule and budget.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, where team members share a variety of responsibilities.
  • Displays initiative and determination to achieve goals and fulfill organizational objectives.
