Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional/technical requirements, to deliver information technology solutions.
  • Analyze complex datasets, perform data mapping, and develop meaningful insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Create and deliver comprehensive reports, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Support organizational change initiatives by facilitating communication, training, and user adoption activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and successful implementation of new processes and systems.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely completion and adherence to project scope.
Requirements:
  • 4-year University/College Degree and significant technical/business certifications.
  • Five or more years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Solid knowledge of business and ERP processes in a complex manufacturing environment. Prior experience with SAP or Infor Visual ERP, a plus.
  • Experience in handling business processes for manufacturing, finance & Supply chain.
  • Proficient in IT life-cycle management methodologies, including design, development, testing, project management and change management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrate effective decision-making and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in analyzing and documenting complex business processes.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
