Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing enterprise-level Salesforce projects, with a strong focus on business analysis, project planning, and team leadership. You will work closely with our Solution Architects, Consultants, and Developers to deliver complex Salesforce projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of Salesforce projects, including scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Lead or co-lead business analyst functions, including discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and documentation.
  • Develop and execute project work plans, revising as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Cultivate and manage high-performing teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor project status, assess risk, and adjust project plans accordingly.
  • Perform impact analysis for scope change requests and document changes to requirements.
  • Serve as an expert in Agile methodology, applying our delivery methodology and enforcing project standards.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of Salesforce industry experience in a consulting capacity as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Enterprise Salesforce CPQ projects, including data migrations and integrations with ERP systems.
  • Proven expert in Agile SDLC project management theories, practices, and methods.
  • Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to pivot and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to challenge, innovate, lead, and drive projects to close.
  • Experience with Visio, Jira, Confluence, Prodly, Copado, or similar tools desirable.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire within the first several months.
