About the Role

Pierce Washington is seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our Salesforce Practice, you will be responsible for managing enterprise-level Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead cross-functional teams to define and validate technical approaches, strategies, and deliverables
  • Develop and execute project work plans, revising as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their pain points, key requirements, and implicit needs
  • Provide clear and effective communication on risks, scope changes, and change management techniques

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Salesforce industry experience in a consulting capacity as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Enterprise Salesforce CPQ projects
  • Proven expert in Agile SDLC project management theories, practices, and methods
  • Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to pivot and adapt in a fast-paced environment
