Quality Assurance Analyst Role

Entertainment Earth is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to play a key role in strategic technology projects, including our enterprise-wide digital transformation initiative. This is an on-site position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business owners to develop a deep understanding of the current operation and technical landscape.
  • Define test plans and create detailed test cases for customer-facing websites and backend business applications.
  • Execute test plans in conjunction with regular software deployment schedules and improve quality by uncovering issues prior to launch.
  • Manage issue databases and provide comprehensive reporting on issue status, severity, resolution cycle time, and root cause analysis.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience in software development and quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Experience with ERP and/or Ecommerce implementation a plus.
  • Experience with performance and/or security testing a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools a plus.
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
