Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
- Provide individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities to promote positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including managed care entries and electronic record keeping.
- Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.
- Maine Licensure (LMSW-cc, LCSW, LCPC-c, or LCPC).
- Strong networking and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive salary range of $57,000-$64,500 per year, based on licensure and experience.
