Job Description

Paladin Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the complex systems integration market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Paladin Technologies remains a leader in the market.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the complex systems integration or building technology solutions market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of integrated systems, including security, networking, and audio-visual solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
