Job Summary

The Kitchen Manager is responsible for providing uncompromised excellence in all aspects of the restaurant's operations. This includes ensuring the highest level of hospitality for our guests, consistent execution of all back-of-house systems, and maintaining quality training and coaching for staff members.

Requirements

  • Work Experience
    • 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience required
    • 2+ years of back-of-house experience required
    • Knowledge of inventory and budgeting required
    • Management of at least 15 staff members preferred
    • Chef experience preferred
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
